Tracy Kasparek

Being a native Austinite, Tracy knew she wanted to practice law in Austin. Her focus at Kasparek Law centers on Wills, Probate, Estate Planning, Elder Law, Guardianships, Friendly Family Law, and Business formation and succession. Tracy also accepts ad litem appointments from the Travis County Probate Court.

Tracy received her J.D. from St. Mary’s in San Antonio in 2007 and B.A. in Business from Southwestern University in Georgetown in 2003. At St. Mary’s, she was a published staff writer on The Scholar: St. Mary’s Law Review on Minority Issues for her comment advocating gay rights.

Tracy is active in the nonprofit community by serving as the Treasurer of the Travis County Women Lawyers’ Foundation, and Secretary of the both the Estate Planning and Probate Section and Solo Small Firm Section of the Austin Bar Association.  Tracy has previously served as President and Treasurer of the Travis County Women Lawyer’s Association, and has served as a board member for the Austin Bar Association, AGLCC, AGLPF and her homeowner’s association.   In addition, Tracy helped found the Austin Pride Foundation.

Tracy loves Austin, and takes advantage of the lakes, greenbelt, live music and UT sporting events whenever possible.
